We are happy to offer a unique 45 day no- fault guarantee on our frames.The guarantee is valid only for racquets purchased from authorized dealers residing in the USA. Racquets purchased through auction sites do not qualify for our warranty. If you decide to purchase a racquet in another country, ( and we hope you do not!) you will need to send details of the issue back to that supplier.

 

Within 7 days of purchase, the purchase may be registered here online.

If registered online, include a copy of proof of purchase (scan receipt).

The warranty applies to the racquet frame only (Not the strings).

If emailing us about a warranty incident please include:

1. Clear focused photos, showing the problem, the registration number and the butt cap of the racquet where the letters BK appear.

2. Include a scan or photo of sales your sales receipt.

3. Based on the email you may be asked for further information or asked to return your broken racquet to Black Knight at your shipping expense for examination.
